I have seven years of experience in the fitness industry in various positions— Master coach for strength and conditioning, Tier 3 personal trainer, yoga and calisthenics expert. I'm experienced in Bodyweight functional movement, injury prevention, rehabilitation and chronic pain management with in depth knowledge in bio-mechanics, exercise science and physiology.
