Description

This is a one month program designed to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle and develop overall functional work capacity of the individual. Results may vary based on diet, physical condition and performance. For best outcome, be disciplined and consistent with the food intake, workout and daily life at large.

About the instructors

Hi! I am Md. Daif Salemoon. I am based at Dhaka, Bangladesh. What started as a passion turned into a profession for me.  I am a Strength & Conditioning coach and Karate instructor. I am the only CrossFit(L-1) certified trainer in Bangladesh. I got my CrossFit cert in Feb, 2018. Since then, I worked at a facility named "Tactical Strength & Conditioning" till November, 2019. I got my Black belt (1st Dan) in Karate from Traditional Karate Association (TKA), Florida, USA in 2015 and worked in Gulshan Karate Dojo as a Karate Instructor in Gulshan, Dhaka till May, 2018. My training is focused on functional movements which aims at increasing the work capacity of an individual and prepare him/her both physically and mentally for any challenge known, unknown, knowable and also unknowable . It's a combination of Lifting weights, gymnastics, metabolic Conditioning, striking, calisthenics and mobility works. The variance helps building physical readiness and mental fortitude. Currently I'm working at Tapout Fitness in Gulshan 2 as a fitness coach. In the fitness industry, one needs to continue learning and growing to be an effective coach. Therefore, I'm preparing myself for my CrossFit (L-2) cert and CPT and thus keep helping people being at the best shape of their life.
